Summary

Join CybelAngel, a global cybersecurity company, and lead the Finance & Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Legal departments. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting; manage the employee lifecycle; and supervise all legal matters. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in finance leadership, ideally with exposure to HR and legal, and experience in international environments. A proven track record in fundraising and/or M&A is required, along with strong understanding of B2B software KPIs. Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Finance leadership roles, ideally with previous exposure to HR and Legal, and exposure to international environments
  • Proven track record in fundraising and / or M&A, with advanced capabilities in leading due diligence and financial modelling
  • Strong understanding of B2B software KPIs, sales commissioning models, and fundraising processes
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor – able to navigate both board-level topics and team execution
  • Ability to influence commercial strategies through actionable insights, ensuring data-backed decision-making across the organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and alignment across cross-functional teams, particularly in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Experience in managing global, cross-functional teams and coaching emerging leaders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach, demonstrating ownership, drive, and resilience. Fast-paced and open to change in a rapidly growing business that requires creativity, fastlearning, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, P&L, and board-ready deliverables
  • Lead cash flow management, treasury, fundraising (debt/equity), and financial compliance
  • Drive cost optimization and ROI-based decision-making across the company
  • Oversee accounting & tax compliance efforts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local and international standards for the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle through People Operations: Talent Acquisition, Performance, Total Rewards, and Employee Engagement
  • Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Champion a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values and business goals
  • Supervise all legal matters including corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance (GDPR, labor laws), and regulatory reporting
  • Coordinate with external counsel for risk mitigation and dispute resolution
  • Own legal structuring for international expansion and tax optimization
