Summary

The Chief Hype Officer (CHO) at Orderly Network will develop and implement a comprehensive hype strategy, produce engaging content, build and nurture a strong community of supporters, identify and establish partnerships, plan and execute events and campaigns, stay informed about industry trends, track and analyze key performance indicators, and act as a spokesperson for the company during times of crisis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, community management, or related roles within the cryptocurrency or DeFi space
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and cryptocurrency markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Creative mindset with a passion for generating innovative ideas and driving excitement around our brand
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in analyzing metrics and drawing actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive hype strategy aligned with the company's objectives, target audience, and market trends
• Produce engaging content, including social media post, blog articles, newsletters, videos, and memes, to generate buzz around our products and initiatives
• Build and nurture a strong community of supporters, influencers, and advocates through various channels such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter
• Identify and establish partnerships with other projects, influencers, and media outlets to expand our reach and enhance our brand visibility
• Plan and execute exciting events, campaigns, and competitions to engage our community and attract new users
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to refine our messaging and tactics
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our hype efforts and make data-driven decisions
• Act as a spokesperson for the company during times of crisis or controversy, effectively managing communication and mitigating negative sentiment
