Summary
Join our client's team as their Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant, providing comprehensive support across both business and personal aspects. This fast-paced role demands a highly skilled, detail-oriented professional who is tech-savvy and adept at managing diverse responsibilities. You will be a strategic partner to the executive, overseeing their schedule, travel, and various projects. The position requires managing vendors, planning events, maintaining confidential information, and proactively improving operations. A competitive salary of $100K to $150K per year (through 1099) is offered.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring strategic thinking, project management, and multitasking
- Exceptional tech skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and familiarity with AI tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for concise and effective messaging
- A track record of excelling in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- A resourceful “get-things-done” mindset, with the ability to tackle complex challenges
- Proven ability to balance and integrate business and personal priorities seamlessly
- Successful completion of a background check
- Verifiable references to confirm experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive, managing business and personal priorities with exceptional attention to detail
- Oversee and optimize the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and complex travel arrangements
- Utilize AI tools to review meeting recordings, extract actionable insights, and ensure the executive is informed and prepared
- Coordinate and manage personal and professional projects, including household renovation efforts and special initiatives
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for both business and household needs
- Plan and execute business and family events, ensuring flawless execution of logistics and details
- Maintain confidential records and documents, safeguarding sensitive information
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations

Flexibility, including availability for weekend hours as needed
Benefits
