Requirements

• Proven track record in leading and scaling technology teams
• Strong experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems
• Expertise in software development methodologies
• Previous experience in defining and executing strategic plans

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of both estate planning and portfolio management software tailored for cryptocurrency holders
• Define and prioritize the software development roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments based on market trends and user feedback
• Lead architecture design and technology stack selection
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the software platform
• Develop and integrate key features such as multi-currency support and secure storage solutions
• Oversee security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
• Track and drive user adoption rates within the first year of platform launch
