Child/Adolescent Therapist

Summary

Join our team as a 1099 contract therapist at Fort Health and enjoy a flexible, fully remote work environment. Customize your caseload and schedule, working a minimum of 5 hours per week with no upper limit. We offer competitive flat rates per appointment based on CPT codes, with additional compensation for referrals. We provide malpractice coverage, handle all administrative tasks, and offer a therapist-friendly EMR. Fort Health focuses on lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions and ongoing clinical supervision. We partner with pediatricians to maximize clinician success.

Requirements

• Be licensed as a Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LMHC in Illinois
• Have 3 years of clinical experience working with children, teenagers, and families
• Be proficient in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Be proficient in using telehealth platforms, EHRs, and Google Suite
• Have access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
• Reside in the US

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy services to children, teenagers, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the caseload

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with insurance-based populations
• Hold multiple state licenses
