Cics/Tx Application Support Engineer

Summary

Join SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES as an ICICS/TX Application Support Engineer and work remotely. This role requires expertise in IBM TXSeries, IBM MQ, Linux, Java applications, and scripting. Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills
• IBM TXSeries for Linux
• IBM MQ for Linux
• Linux (RedHat preferred). CLI and management interfaces. Platform administration and service operation
• Java applications technology (JVM, threads, resource management and use monitoring, troubleshooting)
• Standard Linux shell scripts capabilities
• SSL certificates management
• Systems and software architecture concepts
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery platforms (Jenkins)
• Experience with Source code management systems (Git/svn/Bitbucket)
• Ability to work in an international organization (English communication skills are required)
• Ability to deal with complex problems

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems
• Troubleshoot and analyze incidents (first/second level)
