Summary

This involves evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, building relationships with insurers and brokers, collaborating with internal teams, and utilizing their technology-driven claims management system. Responsibilities

  • As a Claims Handler you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end handling of third-party motor claims, ensuring efficient resolution
  • Evaluating claims to determine liability and negotiate settlements with third parties
  • Developing strong relationships with third-party insurers, brokers, and intermediaries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance claims processes and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Embracing our technology-driven approach to maintain accurate records and reporting within our claims management system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have plenty of experience in the insurance arena and are looking for more than just a job
  • Understand the importance of negotiating and clear communication
