Clearance Officer

Summary

Join a large, well-established national Title Insurance firm as an experienced Title Clearance Officer. This fast-paced position requires a minimum of two years of experience clearing commercial titles. Excellent client service and relationship building with attorneys, lenders, and surveyors are essential. New York and Pennsylvania experience is required, with national experience a significant plus. The firm offers excellent pay and benefits. Highly organized applicants are preferred, and senior Title Officers or Real Estate Attorneys seeking a transition into the title industry are encouraged to apply.
