Summary
Join Zigzag as a Client Onboarding Specialist and work a fixed night shift (9 PM to 6 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday) from home! You will interact with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns about products and services. Build strong customer relationships, track and resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. You'll need at least 3 years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, familiarity with Google products, and the ability to interact professionally with Fortune 500 companies. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of extensive Customer Support/Customer Service experience with excellent recommendation from previous employer
- Have experience in Google products
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be able to communicate and adapt to various nationalities and business culture
- Be able to interact with fortune 500 companies professionally
- Possess Attention to Detail
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services
- Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness
- Communicate back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure a positive Customer Experience
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customerβs complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Update internal databases with information about technical concerns and useful discussions with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback, conduct customer surveys and share insights with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
Have Experience with Salesforce CRM
