Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a related role, thriving in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and understand where details and data inform that picture
  • Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple players and engender a high degree of collaboration
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive, self-motivated individual

Responsibilities

  • Handle service requests and configurations to ensure successful rides
  • Proactively solve complex situations before they escalate
  • Collaborate with the Client Insights team in delivering every rider safely to their destination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SalesForce, Kustomer (or similar CRM), and Google workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
