Summary

Join our team as a Client Support Associate in a remote role, working Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This is a 4-month contract-to-hire position with a pay rate of $25.00/Hr on W2.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 - 3 years of call center support with excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule
  • Technical Support Troubleshooting & probing skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues in a Service Desk/Call Center environment
  • Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking
  • Ability to identify problems quickly and take corrective action
  • Answer incoming support calls from internal and external customers
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalation for support issues by utilizing the Service Desk tools to enter data into the tracking system and the utilization of the solution database along with other business systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years’ technical experience is a plus
  • 1 - 3 years’ Service Desk or Technical Call Center experience is a plus
  • Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer, and notebook issues
  • Very strong user and support of MSOffice
