Clinical Application Specialist

Summary

Join Deephealth as a Clinical Application Specialist and provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, develop training materials, and assist in implementation and configuration of clinical software applications.

Requirements

• Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
• You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues
• You have a structured work approach, understand complex problems are and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Medical Imaging or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in providing technical support to healthcare professionals
• Experience with clinical software applications, including electronic health records (EHRs), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), or similar
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support to clinicians and other healthcare professionals on the use of clinical software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical software applications
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops on the use of clinical software applications
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of clinical software applications
• Monitor and maintain the performance of clinical software applications
• Document procedures and processes related to clinical software applications
• Participate in the development and implementation of new clinical software applications
• Work with other IT teams to ensure the integration of clinical software applications with other systems
