Clinical Counsellor/Psychologist

Join Intellect Care, a collaborative network of Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors, dedicated to expanding access to quality mental health care. Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support to clients, addressing various clinical cases. Partner with the internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs. Requirements

• Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
• Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
• Somatic Experiencing (SE)
• Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice
• One supervision session every 2 months
• Proficiency in English and your local language

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
• Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
