Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Clinical Director, Medical and Health Services Manager, or similar leadership role within hospitals, clinics, managed care, or public health agencies
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, medical administration, and industry regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey nuanced clinical processes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when evaluating systems and processes
  • Ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and patient safety
  • Familiarity with AI or digital health technologies, or a strong willingness to develop these skills

Responsibilities

  • Train and guide AI models to accurately represent real-world clinical and administrative decision-making within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks
  • Provide insights and feedback on AI system outputs to ensure alignment with best practices in medical and health services management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI training materials and case scenarios based on practical healthcare operations
  • Provide expert knowledge to help AI trainers simulate the role of Medical and Health Services Managers across diverse healthcare settings
  • Continuously assess and improve AI content for accuracy, credibility, and relevance to healthcare management applications
  • Ensure all training and development activities comply with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Clearly communicate complex clinical concepts in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in training or developing healthcare AI or digital tools
  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
