Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Active RN license or Advanced Practice degree required
• Lactation certification required with 2+ years’ experience
• IBCLC certification will be required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Responsible for education of health care providers (HCP’s) regarding Medela’s products, technology and clinical differentiation in the NICU market within assigned region
• Responsible for education of existing products and new products into the NICU market with the expectation of achieving target goals
• Establish a foundation of strong educational relationships including KOL’s with product awareness within the NICU departments of targeted accounts and territory that provides a route to educate, market and implementation of new products in the future
