Clinical Education Manager-Lactation, NICU, Maternity

Summary

The job is for a Field Based Clinical Education Manager in Lactation, NICU, and Maternity Care on the West Coast. The role involves traveling extensively (50-70%) and requires the employee to live near a major airport. The salary starts at $110K.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Active RN license or Advanced Practice degree required
• Lactation certification required with 2+ years’ experience
• IBCLC certification will be required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Responsible for education of health care providers regarding Medela’s products, technology and clinical differentiation in the NICU market within assigned region
• Responsible for education of existing products and new products into the NICU market with the expectation of achieving target goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two to five years’ experience in sales or sales support related role is preferred
• Minimum of five plus years of clinical experience in the NICU: Clinical Nurse Specialist/Educator, Feeding Interventionist (OT/ST)
