Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent
  • ACSM certification
  • 2+ years relevant experience and top performance working as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac and/or Pulmonary Rehab
  • Possess strong anatomy and physiology skills
  • Above average proficiency working with mobile technology - you will be helping guide patients through our digital health programs including troubleshooting their technology issues with wearables, ECG recorder, and tablets
  • Great interpersonal skills that foster a caring environment for patients
  • Diligence and organization with the ability to create and adhere to repeatable processes
  • Ability to perform with little direction in a high-growth, early stage startup (ie self-driven)
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for responding to alerts and improving adherence to patients participation in vitals monitoring (ECG, Blood Pressure, Weight, Blood Oxygenation etc.)
  • Manage a caseload of patients in our maintenance program, driving adherence and patient satisfaction
  • Assist patients with ECG recorder setup
  • Review, analyze, and interpret ECG rhythms
  • Assist CEPs with evaluating prescriptions and treating cardiac/pulmonary patients according to our clinical protocols
  • Complete necessary documentation for rehab sessions and patient monitoring encounters according to our guidelines
  • Take pride in delivering high quality care for patients going through our rehab program
  • Wear many hats: anything from designing patients’ exercise programming to responding to their technical issues
  • Work directly with founders to innovate and improve our cutting edge digital care delivery model
  • Work collaboratively with our technology team to support a smooth experience for our patients and clients
  • Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients

Preferred Qualifications

ECG technician certificate strongly preferred OR experience as a trained ECG technician in a healthcare setting
