Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent
- 1+ years relevant experience and top performance working as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac and/or Pulmonary Rehab
- Possess strong anatomy and physiology skills
- Above average proficiency working with mobile technology - you will be helping guide patients through our digital health programs including troubleshooting their technology issues with wearables and tablets
- Great interpersonal skills that foster a caring environment for patients
- Diligence and organization with the ability to create and adhere to repeatable processes
- Ability to perform with little direction in a high-growth, early stage startup (ie self-driven)
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac/pulmonary rehab patients according to our clinical protocols
- Manage a caseload of patients in our Phase 3 maintenance program, driving adherence, patient satisfaction, and continued progress for patients who have graduated from our Phase 2 program
- Be responsible for responding to alerts and improving adherence to patients participation in vitals monitoring as part of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program
- Review SpO2 readings from patients participating in our Overnight Pulse Oximetry Monitoring (ONPO) program
- Complete necessary documentation and billing claims for Phase 3 rehab sessions, RPM encounters, and ONPO reports
- Wear many hats: anything from designing patients’ exercise programming to responding to their technical issues
- Work directly with founders to innovate and improve our cutting edge digital care delivery model
- Work collaboratively with our technology team to support a smooth experience for our patients and clients
- Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients
- Take pride in delivering high quality care for patients going through our rehab program
- Provide support to our patients, empowering them to be accountable and take ownership of their rehabilitation
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s preferred
- ACSM certification
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience working in clinical studies
- Remote work experience
