Summary
Join Overjet's Customer Success Team as a Clinical Implementation Specialist, responsible for onboarding and training dental offices on the Overjet Practice Intelligence Platform. Guide customers through software setup and usage, plan and execute comprehensive training programs (in-person and virtual), and act as a primary consultant for stakeholders. Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements, collaborate with internal teams to streamline the training process, and leverage your dental hygiene and training expertise to ensure customer proficiency within 30 days. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years as a registered dental hygienist, and 3+ years of training experience in SaaS, dental, or related fields. Strong communication, organizational, and AI/technology enthusiasm are essential. The role requires working flexible hours and 15-20% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience as a registered dental hygienist and 3+ years of proven experience as a trainer in SaaS, dental, or related fields
- Proven ability in implementing processes and building new procedures in fast-growing environments, reflecting strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective training and team collaboration
- A strong enthusiasm for learning about artificial intelligence, insurance, dentistry, and technology
- Ability to work CST hours, late or early as needed by our customers
- Willingness to travel 15-20% as needed
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through setting up and using Overjet software
- Plan and execute comprehensive training programs across all Overjet offices, adapting to both in-person and virtual environments to maximize product adoption and integration
- Act as the primary consultant and resource for internal and external stakeholders during the Overjet onboarding process, significantly influencing customer acceptance and utilization
- Initiate in-depth discussions with customers to gather valuable feedback, identifying opportunities for product and service enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage and streamline the entire training process, ensuring consistency and quality
- Use your knowledge of dental practices to help dentists and their teams get the most out of Overjet
- Ensure customers achieve proficiency in using the Overjet platform within the first 30 days of onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- CE course development or experience delivering accredited education
- Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person training
- Content creation (e.g., slide design, video walkthroughs, job aids)
- Salesforce proficiency for tracking training data and engagement
- Experience with usage analytics tools (e.g., Sigma)
- Experience supporting large-scale software rollouts or product launches
- Strong written communication β able to write clear, customer-facing training and internal documentation
- Adaptability in startup or fast-paced SaaS environments
