Requirements

• Experience in both clinical and non-clinical roles is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Basic knowledge of remote monitoring technologies and their application in clinical settings
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing healthcare environment
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare data management systems
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, such as HIPAA and CMS
• Must be able to cover Central Time hours (CST)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of Luna's clinical intervention programs
• Provide support in the implementation of the Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Program
• Work with health plans, ACOs, MSOs, and other value-based care providers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Luna
• Help ensure programs adhere to regulatory standards and demonstrate high quality
• Monitor and assist in analyzing program data
• Identify areas for improvement and continuous enhancements in program processes and outcomes
• Support the development and implementation of remote therapeutic monitoring programs
• Help design and execute initiatives to optimize patient outcomes, engagement, and healthcare delivery using remote monitoring technologies
