Join Bayada-RX as a Clinical Manager in our Elmsford, NY home care office and lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care. As a Clinical Manager, your day may look like this: Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Westchester, Orange, Putnam County & Bronx Borough. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise RN's and LPN's in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1- 2 or more years of experience as an RN
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!

Responsibilities
