Join our team as a Clinical Operations Specialist to perform in-depth chart reviews, validate AI diagnostic models, and ensure clinical accuracy and quality. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our AI-driven models meet high standards of clinical accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinical role or clinical documentation/coding
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and healthcare documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in health information management, nursing, or a related medical field

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of medical records to ensure clinical accuracy and completeness
• Identify and recommend enhancements for clinical documentation and AI diagnostic models
• Apply coding guidelines and regulations to accurately assign diagnostic and procedural codes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to communicate clinical diagnoses and documentation standards
• Stay updated on evolving documentation and coding guidelines through ongoing training and professional development
• Contribute to process improvements to streamline documentation practices and promote efficient healthcare delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Certification such as Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
