Join Foodsmart as a Clinical Program Coordinator and oversee the coordination of new and existing client onboarding and clinical programs. You will bridge the gap between client implementation, training, project management, and clinical operations, working closely with our clinical network. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a solid understanding of clinical workflows and project management methodologies. You will plan, implement, and manage new client launches, coordinate training and reporting, collaborate with the RD network, and monitor program performance. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience in project management within a clinical or healthcare setting. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in related field
- Proven experience in project management within a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and experience working with frontline providers
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., , Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage new client launches as a member of the clinical ops team
- Coordinate training and reporting needs to measure client success with Clinical Ops, Client Success and Sales teams
- Collaborate with the RD network to train RDโs, answer questions and troubleshoot implementation issues
- Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, product
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication and collaboration between clinical staff, administrative personnel, and other stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to program delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical teams and client success, providing regular updates on program progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Foster positive working relationships with frontline providers, ensuring their input and experiences are valued and integrated into program enhancements
- Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed to support program adoption and sustainment
- Ensure all clinical programs adhere to regulatory standards and best practices, maintaining high-quality care and patient safety
- Utilize data analytics to measure program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based changes
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct program audits and evaluations
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or other relevant project management certification
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
