Clinical Provider

Summary

Join Intellect's telehealth platform as a freelance practitioner, providing 1-on-1 mental health support to clients via 60-minute video sessions. This remote role offers flexible hours and is ideal for supplementing existing work. We seek Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to collaborate within a supportive community, expanding access to mental health services. Local candidates are preferred, but others will be considered. The role involves providing mental health coaching and collaborating with the internal clinical team to improve the program and platform.

Requirements

• Has an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling / Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours
• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation
• Candidate must be proficient in English and local language
• Has a Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Candidates must be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours post masters degree
• Candidate can communicate in English and their local language

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles are prioritized
• Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus
• Candidates who are open to working onsite if necessary is a plus
