Clinical Provider

Summary

Join our telehealth platform, Intellect, as a freelance practitioner providing mental health support and personal growth coaching to clients through 60-minute video sessions. This remote role offers flexible hours and is ideal for supplementing your current work. We are seeking Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to collaborate within a supportive community, expanding access to mental health services. Local candidates are preferred, but others will be considered. The position requires specific certifications and experience in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Requirements

• Has an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling / Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours
• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation
• Candidate must be proficient in English and local language
• Has a Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Candidates must be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours post masters degree
• Candidate can communicate in English and their local language

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles are prioritized
• Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus
• Candidates who are open to working onsite if necessary is a plus
