Clinical Provider

You'll provide telehealth or onsite mental health support to clients, addressing various clinical cases. Collaboration with the internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs is also expected. While local candidates are preferred, professionals from diverse locations are welcome. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
• Proficiency in English and your local language

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
• Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
