Clinical Psychologist

Summary

Join our telehealth platform, Intellect, as a freelance practitioner providing mental health and personal growth coaching to clients through 30-minute video sessions. This remote role offers flexible hours and is ideal for supplementing your current work or private practice. We are seeking ICF Coaches, Clinical Psychologists, and Counselors to collaborate and improve access to mental health services. The role focuses on sub-clinical cases, such as work stress and work-life balance, and involves supporting clients in achieving personal and career goals. Local candidates are preferred, but others will be considered.

Requirements

• Has a Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Candidates must be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours post masters degree
• Candidate can communicate in English and their local language

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc
• Support your clients in setting up either person or career goals, relationships, etc
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is a plus
• Candidates who are open to working onsite if necessary is a plus
