Clinical Psychologist/Counselor

Summary

Join our telehealth platform, Intellect, as a freelance practitioner providing mental health support to clients through 60-minute video sessions. This remote role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to supplement your current work. We are seeking Clinical Psychologists and Counselors to collaborate within a supportive community, expanding access to mental health services. The position involves providing 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite support, focusing on various clinical cases. Local candidates are preferred, but others will be considered.

Requirements

• Has a Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
• Have at least 300 clinical hours post masters degree
• Communicate in English and their local language

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles
• Be open to working onsite if necessary
