Clinical Sourcer

Join Brightline's growing Talent team as a Clinical Sourcer (Contract, Full-Time)! You will play a key role in building and nurturing top-of-funnel pipelines to support hiring across our clinical teams. This exciting opportunity requires partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to source exceptional talent. You will proactively source licensed and pre-licensed clinicians using various platforms, build diverse candidate pipelines, and engage passive candidates. Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby, you'll provide market insights and support hiring for key clinical functions. This is a remote, contract position (3-6 months, potential extension) offering $35-$50/hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related clinical field
• Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidates
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Ashby a plus), and sourcing tools
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of urgency
• Passion for mental health and Brightline’s mission

Responsibilities

• Proactively source licensed and pre-licensed clinicians (e.g., psychologists, therapists, clinic directors) using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and professional networks
• Cultivate and maintain pipelines of qualified, mission-aligned candidates, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion
• Craft compelling outreach messages and engage passive candidates to drive interest in Brightline’s clinical roles
• Work closely with the recruitment team and clinical leaders to align on role priorities, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies
• Use our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and other sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to track candidates, manage outreach, and report on pipeline activity
• Provide real-time feedback to the Talent team about market conditions, candidate concerns, and sourcing channel effectiveness
• Focus on high-impact roles including Psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, LMHCs, and Clinic Directors across both virtual and in-person settings

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
