Clinical Success Associate II

Summary

The job is for a position in Luna's Clinical Success team, focusing on managing Therapist Performance. The role involves completing tasks independently, supporting outreach to physical therapists, data entry, and handling calls with therapists and doctors. The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of related experience in a PT/healthcare setting, be detail-oriented, and have good written and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Admin/aide experience in PT/healthcare setting
• Experience with utilization management in a PT/healthcare setting
• Detail oriented, good written/organization skills, google suite/microsoft office
• A two-year college degree is required

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned tasks independently based on SOP
• Supports defined outreach to physical therapists via chats and phone calls
• Supports standardized data entry to keep track of workflows and ensure completion
• Communicate via phone calls to doctors’ offices and therapists as needed
• Track, analyze, and report on utilization management to drive positive patient outcomes
• Demonstrate basic excel/google sheet skills to complete tasks
• Escalate feedback from patients and therapists and areas of challenges in daily workflows
• Handle therapist calls that require education about best practices and awareness about Luna tools & features
