Summary

Join MedRhythms' dynamic sales team as a clinically knowledgeable Clinical Territory Manager (CTM)! In this results-driven role, you will spearhead sales and market adoption of innovative medical devices within the rehabilitation market. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, educating and supporting them while building strong relationships. Leverage your clinical expertise and sales acumen to achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth. This position requires an advanced degree in a healthcare-related profession and at least 3 years of medical device sales experience. Eligible candidates must be located near Phoenix, AZ; Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Philadelphia, PA; or Boston, MA.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a healthcare related profession required, with a strong preference for physical and occupational therapy
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales or related healthcare sales, with a focus on new product introduction
  • Proven experience working directly with key stakeholders, including physicians, physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and the VA system
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business development and entrepreneurial strategies that meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in delivering training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, with the ability to adapt and innovate
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills and comfortable working across multiple systems (CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
  • Comfort and ability to travel 50-80%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and the VA system
  • Be a trusted clinical advisor to customers, providing in-depth training and ongoing education on patient selection, therapy implementation and proper use of our products
  • Lead product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations to showcase the efficacy and benefits of our solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support
  • Represent MedRhythms at various conferences, workshops, and events to promote products and establish brand presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in rehabilitation or neurology
  • Experience in a high-performing start-up environment
  • Experience marketing novel treatments and medical devices
  • Certification in sales or related professional training
  • Experience with senior and executive level stakeholder engagement
