Requirements

• Deep expertise in AWS and Google Cloud platforms, including compute, storage, networking, and identity management services
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR)
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate complex cloud solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade cloud solutions on AWS and Google Cloud
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on multi-cloud environments
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and serverless computing models
• Hands-on experience in automating cloud infrastructure and managing enterprise workloads

Responsibilities

• Design and execute cloud architecture strategies that align with business goals and leverage AWS and Google Cloud services
• Create robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities
• Define and implement governance, security, and compliance standards across the cloud environment
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, product) to implement cloud-native solutions and drive enterprise digital transformation
• Monitor cloud usage, optimize resource allocation, and recommend strategies to reduce operational costs

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and integrating legacy systems
• Familiarity with big data services like Google BigQuery or AWS Redshift
• Knowledge of FinOps principles for cloud cost management
