Cloud Frontend and UI/UX Engineer

Requirements

• Undergraduate or masters degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
• More than two years experience working as a frontend UI/UX engineer
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience in modern web frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React.js)
• Experience in frontend state management (e.g., Vuex, Redux)
• Experience developing client-side web applications
• Experience working with Git
• Experience writing testable and reusable code, associated tests, and documentation
• Experience working on full-stack applications collaborating with backend engineers
• Ability to design clean and intuitive user interfaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to listen to people until they feel understood
• Honesty, empathy, and a willingness to see the world from the viewpoint of others

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new front-end UI/UX functionality of the Signaloid Cloud Developer Platform
• Extend the testing and QA infrastructure of the Signaloid Cloud Developer Platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to implement cloud application backends yourself
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with responsive and accessible design
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Experience working with UX/UI/Product designers
• Knowledge of good CI/CD practices
• Experience deploying cloud applications
• Experience with interface design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)
• Experience in Test-Driven Development
