Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer based in the USA to join CloudNC, a company automating control of CNC machines. The role involves designing and deploying infrastructure in US AWS regions, managing these services, and collaborating with teams across time zones.

Requirements

• Experience working with infrastructure as code tooling, specifically Terraform, Ansible
• Experience with multi-region deployment and high-security setups
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines Gitlab CI, Travis CI, Circle CI or Github Actions
• Familiar with typical software architecture deployments using AWS
• Used docker or other container technology to run production payloads (for example ECS, EKS)

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy infrastructure and services in the US AWS regions
• Manage these services for our US customers
• Collaborate with teams across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-ambiguity environments, such as startups or innovative projects within larger organizations
• Experience with ITAR and compliance
