CloudOps Engineer

Summary

Join Digital.ai, a leader in Enterprise Agile Planning, and help build a common platform for all Digital.ai SaaS applications. As a team member, you will craft, develop, and implement Digital.ai’s common infrastructure for provisioning SaaS applications and work with development teams to provide operational support and mentorship for cloud-related work. You will define and implement infrastructure for hosting Digital.ai software in the cloud using the newest technologies and work hand-in-hand with Product Engineering. This role requires proven Linux system administration skills, experience with tier-1 cloud providers, knowledge of container orchestration systems, and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD tools. Programming experience with Python and/or Java is also necessary. Requirements

• You have proven Linux system administration skills with either RedHat Enterprise Linux or Ubuntu
• You have spent over three years working with tier-1 cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
• You know and have worked with container orchestration systems like Docker Swarm or Kubernetes
• You can provision infrastructure through code using HashiCorp Terraform, Ansible or similar tools
• You know how to build and deploy software using CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions/ArgoCD
• You have two or more years of experience programming with Python and or Java

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the infrastructure for hosting Digital.ai software in the cloud using the newest technologies
• Work hand-in-hand with Product Engineering, providing best-practise mentorship on making the most out of using the cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Windows Server operating system is a plus
• General networking experience with the set-up of firewalls, routers, switches and proxies
