Summary

Join us as Co-founder & Head of Sales in a venture-backed startup studio, building an AI-powered B2B platform for public procurement. You will co-create and execute the company's go-to-market strategy, manage the full sales funnel, acquire early adopters, and shape the growth model. Responsibilities include driving outbound lead generation, identifying and qualifying clients, conducting demos and negotiations, and managing the sales pipeline. You will also collect client feedback and collaborate with product/engineering. This is a zero-to-one stage opportunity to build a high-performing sales organization and significantly influence the company's trajectory. The role requires proven B2B sales experience, expertise in direct outreach, strategic thinking, fluency in Polish and English, and startup experience.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B closer: 5+ years in SaaS/software sales, with a record of consistent deal closures
  • Expert in direct outreach — hands-on with cold email/call and lead generation strategies
  • Strategic thinker with operational hustle. You can plan long-term and execute short-term
  • Fluent in Polish and English, confident presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in startups or early-stage companies, ideally as one of the first sales hires
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and fast-paced decision-making
  • CRM-savvy and data-driven (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Co-create and execute the company’s GTM and sales strategy with the Founders
  • Own the full sales funnel — from positioning and messaging to acquisition and closing
  • Validate our market fit by acquiring early adopters and iterating the sales motion quickly
  • Shape our growth model, define success metrics, and prepare for scale (hiring, tooling, processes)
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product roadmap with real-world insights
  • Drive outbound lead generation: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns
  • Identify and qualify SMEs and enterprise clients engaged in public tenders
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot), track KPIs, and optimize conversion rates
  • Collect structured feedback from early clients to iterate on pitch, pricing, and messaging
  • Actively collaborate with product/engineering to tailor solutions to client needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with public procurement in Poland and how companies participate in tenders
  • Experience selling to industries like construction, engineering, manufacturing, or energy
  • Background in helping to build or scale a sales team from scratch
