Summary
Join our fast-growing SaaS-based identity verification platform as a highly motivated cold caller. You will generate qualified leads and book meetings with senior decision-makers in the US market. This is a paid trial period (5β10 hours/week) to assess your fit and performance before a potential long-term role. You will make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, set appointments, follow a sales script, and accurately log call outcomes. Top performers will be offered long-term, performance-based positions. Requirements
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Proven B2B cold calling experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech sectors)
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Friendly, confident, and natural communication style (not robotic or overly scripted)
- Ability to work independently in US time zones from a quiet and professional setting
- Stable internet connection and familiarity with tools like CRM, spreadsheets, and dialers
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to a list of pre-qualified leads
- Set appointments with key decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Compliance, Product Leads)
- Follow a proven sales script with flexibility for personal adaptation
- Accurately log call outcomes and lead statuses in shared documentation
- Work during US business hours and demonstrate familiarity with American business culture
