This is a paid trial period (5–10 hours/week) to assess your fit and performance before a potential long-term role. You will make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, set appointments, follow a sales script, and accurately log call outcomes. Top performers will be offered long-term, performance-based positions. Requirements

• Native or fluent English speaker
• Proven B2B cold calling experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech sectors)
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Friendly, confident, and natural communication style (not robotic or overly scripted)
• Ability to work independently in US time zones from a quiet and professional setting
• Stable internet connection and familiarity with tools like CRM, spreadsheets, and dialers

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a list of pre-qualified leads
• Set appointments with key decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Compliance, Product Leads)
• Follow a proven sales script with flexibility for personal adaptation
• Accurately log call outcomes and lead statuses in shared documentation
• Work during US business hours and demonstrate familiarity with American business culture
