Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service in a B2C sector, preferably in a field similar to debt collection
• Fluent in English and Russian

• Ability to handle difficult customers, resolve conflicts, and negotiate payment plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
