Collections Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• 1‐3 years’ experience working in B2B accounts receivables
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Adaptability and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive feedback
• A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to causes that support non-profit organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from contract initiation to Billing and Collection of payment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle tasks such as invoicing, collections, phone support, and email-based customer service
• Manage daily operations, including accounts receivable reporting, payment collections and processing, and refunds as necessary using Billing Platform(s)
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders
• Be open to cross-training and supporting team members as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Lockbox Cash Application experience
• Knowledge of Ordway/Salesforce
