Requirements

• 5+ years experience Collections, Customer Service, or related field
• Loan/mortgage industry experience preferred
• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or technical school) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams is required
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with monitoring loan aging reports to identify troubled accounts
• Maintain thorough records of collection efforts and status of accounts
• Contact borrowers with delinquent accounts and solicit payment
• Review severely delinquent loans and recommend migration to non-performing status when collection efforts are no longer productive
• Other projects and duties as assigned
