Join our dynamic and supportive legal team as we build and grow Wiz's partner program. As a talented attorney, you will provide counseling to Wiz's channel sales organization regarding global partner programs, advising on various legal risks and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house experience is required
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• Strong 'business-friendly' style that comes with an understanding that the legal team's primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the business
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to advocate for a position while maintaining a collaborative and open-minded approach
• Ability to work independently on a remote basis and as a member of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to Wiz's channel sales organization regarding Wiz's global partner programs
• Take ownership of the drafting, review, and negotiation of all forms of partnership and alliance agreements
• Respond promptly to requests for legal advice from business teams supporting summarizing and communicating legal concepts that business people can understand and use
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, negotiation playbooks, contract templates and legal processes
• Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently
