Summary

The job is for an experienced Commercial Title Reader with a minimum of 2 years of national experience. Responsibilities

• Read/Examine title search to set forth objections and exceptions
• Verify vesting and encumbrances to title
• Review abstract of title, tax and survey information and other applicable documents in their entirety for accuracy and completeness
• Work with local attorneys to assist in title related questions
