Summary
Join our Sales Internship Program (SIP) and learn the fundamentals and principles of investment sales brokerage through hands-on training, transactional mentorship, and constant coaching. As a full-time, non-exempt position, you will complete marketing, analytical, and administrative tasks while gaining industry expertise in various areas.
Requirements
- Must Be a College Graduate
- Real estate license in the state of Florida
Responsibilities
- Apply Marcus & Millichap's value proposition at stages of the brokerage continuum
- Achieve fluency in Marcus & Millichap's proprietary software and industry programs
- Develop and build client databases and referral networks
- Perform underwriting and analysis of commercial properties to create effective marketing proposals
- Successfully communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and all other parties involved in a commercial real estate transaction
- Develop confidence in cold calling, networking, and building productive relationships
- Sharpen negotiation, strategy, and transactional management skills
- Prepare a personal financial plan, budget, and goals
