Summary

Join Dun & Bradstreet as a Commercial Renewal Specialist and maintain and grow the company's revenue by successfully renewing and expanding products and services with existing accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, developing strong client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. This role requires end-to-end accountability for negotiation, contracting, and approvals, ensuring renewals meet quota objectives. Accurate data maintenance in SFDC is crucial, and collaboration with various teams is essential to increase retention rates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client-facing roles and a proven track record of sales success.

Requirements

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 12 to 15
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required
  • Minimum of 12 years of client-facing experience in sales, sales coordination, account management, marketing, customer success, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the value proposition of multiple D&B solutions
  • Impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships and attaining or exceeding annual quota(s)
  • Firm understanding of D&B commercial contracting formats, pricing and sales order management
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a detailed work plan with limited managerial oversight
  • Sound business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill the role of trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions through the development of strong, positive relationships with clients
  • Maintain and grow revenue stream through successful renewal of existing business
  • Identify expansion opportunities within an established portfolio of clients
  • End-to-end accountability for driving the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes
  • Maintain current renewals to meet forecasted annual quota objectives
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholder teams to increase retention rates
  • Complete required D&B certifications
  • Additional duties as assigned
