Summary

Join Nextiva as a Commercial Account Executive and redefine the future of customer experiences. You will help customers grow their businesses by selling Nextiva's communication solutions, which combine voice, video, collaboration, SMS, and surveys. This role requires uncovering prospect needs, creating solutions, managing a sales pipeline, delivering demos, and accurately forecasting sales. Success involves achieving sales quotas and maintaining Salesforce hygiene. Requirements

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • 3+ years inside sales experience in UCaaS or CCaaS required
  • Salesforce expertise
  • Ability to create and present sales presentations and pitch decks
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and ability to close on the spot when needed
  • Proven track record of selling solutions over the phone with persuasive closing techniques

Responsibilities

  • Uncover prospects needs and pain points
  • Critically think through solutions and make recommendations based on their needs
  • Create and effectively manage a pipeline of minimum 3x your quota assignment
  • Ability to thrive in high velocity sales motion
  • Deliver tailored demos of the Nextiva solution and how it delivers the outcomes that prospects are seeking
  • Ability to forecast accurately daily, weekly and monthly commitments
  • Maintain proper Salesforce hygiene and accuracy for pipeline delivery
  • Create, maintain and work an active list of target accounts in your assigned territory
  • Achieve no less than 100% of assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • The expected hiring range is $100,000-$145,000, including annualized base salary and annualized target sales incentive. Some sales roles are paid hourly with overtime eligibility. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate, resulting in a different hiring range
