We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our Bar team for the next season (spring/summer 2025). The ideal candidate will have excellent taste, customer service skills, and a willingness to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences.

Requirements

• Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
• Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background
• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
• Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
• Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
• HACCP Certification

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the operations of the Bar, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures
• Take care of the mise en place
• Support the Barman with service
• Clean and set-up works’ spaces and equipments
• Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
