Requirements

Responsibilities
- Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures
- Take care of the mise en place
- Support the Bar Manager with service
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally)
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback

Grand Hotel Timeo, in the heart of the most famous square of Taormina, is looking for a Commis de Restaurant.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures.
He/she will:
Take care of the mise en place
Support the Bar Manager with service
Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
