Join our team as a Commission-Based Appointment Setter and generate qualified leads by contacting potential clients (agency owners, eCommerce founders, and marketing leaders) through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You will initiate conversations, schedule discovery calls, and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to our sales team. We provide comprehensive training, proven outreach scripts, and an ideal client profile. This fully remote, flexible, commission-based position is ideal for results-oriented individuals with strong communication skills. Your mission is to be the initial point of contact, fostering meaningful conversations and securing calls with qualified leads, thereby contributing significantly to our Recruitment Services' business growth. You will be responsible for opening doors to new opportunities and playing a key role in generating business for our Recruitment Services.
Requirements
- Be comfortable reaching out to strangers online and starting conversations
- Follow through and stay organized with your outreach and follow-ups
- Be results-driven - you’ll earn commission for every qualified lead that books a call, and bonuses for deals closed
- Understand or quickly learn the basics of the eCommerce and agency space
- Be proactive and coachable - we’ll give you all the tools, but you need to put them to work
- Confident, friendly, and a natural communicator
- Fluent in written English with excellent grammar
- Motivated by targets and commissions
- Familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (bonus if you’ve done outreach before)
- Self-motivated and reliable - you’ll be working independently
- Curious and eager to learn about recruiting and the digital marketing space
- Professional in their tone and approach, especially when dealing with high-level decision-makers
Responsibilities
- Reach out to ideal prospects across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using your personal accounts
- Use our pre-written scripts and adjust them when necessary to sound natural and authentic
- Book qualified discovery calls for our sales team with agency or eCommerce decision-makers
- Keep track of your outreach activity and report on leads, conversations, and calls booked
- Follow up with prospects who show interest but haven’t booked yet
- Collaborate with the team to share insights on what’s working and where we can improve
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, or recruitment
- Experience creating basic outreach messages or adapting scripts
