Communications and Events Curricular Intern

As a Communications and Events Intern at Belmond Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests. Starting in March 2025, this role offers the opportunity to assist in coordinating exclusive events and crafting engaging communication campaigns that showcase the unique charm and luxury of our iconic destination. You will play a key role in promoting the timeless beauty and bespoke experiences that make Belmond Castello di Casole a premier choice for discerning travelers during the 2025 season.

- Assisting in planning and executing on-site events

- Helping with PR activities like working with the media, partnering with influencers.

- Working with different teams to make sure events run smoothly and get good PR coverage

- Draft monthly PR reports and update the media visits database

- Support with the creation of marketing materials

- Support with the coordination and operations of the weekly events calendar by keeping relations with suppliers and by ensuring a smooth event flow

- Lead site inspections of the property with journalists or content creators under the supervision of Communications Executive

- Lead site inspections of the property under the supervision of Events Manager

- Support in the organization and handling of photo/video shootings

What you bring and learn:

-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written

-Creativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiences

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms

- Team player with excellent organisational and time management skills, problem solver, curious and enthusiastic

- Desirable: previous experience in events organization
