Summary

Join our Tires IT department as a working student (m/w/d) starting August 1, 2025! Support our Communications & Collaboration IT team for at least 6 months, working 20 hours per week. The role involves both on-site work in Hanover and remote work. You will contribute to two key strategic initiatives: implementing a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and re-evaluating the company's internal digital communication landscape. Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders and project managers to improve communication and collaboration, aiming to increase transparency, efficiency, and engagement. Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/w/d) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study
  • Experience in moderation and strong team and cooperation skills
  • Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Interest in topics related to digitalization and information technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player with a passion for working in an international environment
  • Current enrollment certificate and current transcript of records
  • If you are not from the EU, please also send us your valid residence permit and work permit including the supplementary sheet

Responsibilities

  • Support the introduction of a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
  • Contribute to project coordination, communication with stakeholders, documentation, and testing activities for the new DAM platform
  • Participate in the re-evaluation of internal communication channels
  • Analyze the current communication landscape in the Tires sector, gather requirements, and support the development and implementation of a new strategy to improve internal communication
  • This also includes technical implementation, such as tool configuration, coordination with IT stakeholders, and support for rollout activities
  • Support IT project coordination and planning
  • Communicate with stakeholders and document project progress
  • Contribute to testing, training, and rollouts
  • Analyze current communication channels within the Tires organization
  • Collect and evaluate requirements from various stakeholders
  • Support the development of a new communication landscape
  • Collaborate with IT teams on system implementation
