Requirements

  • Proven ability to track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize content strategies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide contributors effectively
  • Experience using content management systems, community engagement tools, and data analytics platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Moderate knowledge of aviation and industry trends
  • Must be located in the US or UK

Responsibilities

  • Track contributor output, analyze thread performance, and follow up on quotas
  • Review and moderate thread suggestions and live threads to ensure alignment with guidelines and community standards
  • Monitor and engage in community discussions, ensuring active participation and prompt responses from contributors
  • Provide feedback to writers and experts on tone, structure, and optimization strategies for better thread quality and engagement
  • Use performance data to guide topic selection, content optimization, and engagement strategies. Conduct weekly evaluations to inform strategy adjustments
  • Evaluate contributor and thread performance weekly and monthly, identifying top performers and addressing underperformance through data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit contributors and provide ongoing training focused on engagement, optimization, and brand alignment
  • Work with IT to enhance platform UI and functionality based on user feedback and streamline processes like onboarding, training, and payments
